This is as very comprehensive and well-designed search engine for health related issues. Nothing I have seen on the Web compares to this. I find it strange that I never came across this before in several years of searching for health information on the Web. This is a jewel that has been hidden.

Have you seen Healthmash yet? This contains similar info to MedStory plus a lot of additional services.
