This presentation focuses on how a heart attack affects life on a personal and relationship level.  Dr. Parker will share his own medical odyssey and survival strategies, and Dr. Grabinska will talk about the many ways a heart attack impacts relationship.  There will be time for questions and discussion.

 

About the Presenters


Steve Parker is a heart attack survivor and clinical psychologist.   

His story of survival from a massive heart attack is documented in www.heartattackandsoul.com

The work has been the basis of several art shows and numerous presentations. 

For the last seven years, he has been building a Stone Sanctuary in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Kornelia Grabinska is a clinical psychologist and Jungian Analyst.

She specializes in working with relationships, with elders and with dreams.

Dr. Grabinska has made numerous presentations on Inuit Folk Tales, Individuation, and other Jungian topics.

Kornelia and Steve have been partners for more than thirty years.
